EDL 0.13.0 Release Notes

This document contains the release notes for EDL 0.13.0, which was released on June 13th 2024.

Release Summary Overview

In respect to the EDL 0.12.0 version, the new EDL 0.13.0 version integrates the following main upgrades: 

• File browsers of users who have not been active for 30 days get deleted but automatically start up again when the user logs back in. This resource-saving upgrade does not result in the loss of your data in your workspaces.
• The URL on the address bar is updated when you browse the Help pages, making it easier to share specific chapters with your teammates
• Users who are a member of more workspaces that NFS group limit allows, get notified about not being able to access the additional workspaces, prompting the user to contact the service desk to get support of the known limitation.
• API docs now available at https://datalabs.esa.int/api-docs
• Team workspace creation window now displays error messages informing the operator of why the team creation failed

• Improvements in handling 502 error at datalab launch and file browser launch
• Refactoring code for log display at build
• Tekton persistence migration to comply with new cluster rules
• Cancelling datalab creation within the file selection dialogue no longer aborts the wizard
